Hello sweet Bellas! Our summer festival season is already underway, and we are amping up for our biggest event of the summer: Firefly Music Festival in Dover, DE from June 15th – 18th. Though we can usually be found at yoga studios and festivals, we decided we absolutely couldn’t pass up the opportunity to branch out and meet some new friends at one of the BEST music festivals on the East Coast! Firefly draws close to 90,000 incredible attendees, and we are stoked to get in the middle of all this beautiful chaos and document our experience!

SO, we are reaching out to our tribe to find a talented videographer/photographer willing to accompany us to Firefly. We will provide your full admission and camping pass, as well as space to crash with us at the Malabella Campsite (plus Malabella Jewels freebies!). In return, we want you to capture footage of the festival life, the music, the funky outfits, the fun camping setups, and of course, the Malabella Jewels vending tent! Our mission is to experience the good vibes created by 90,000 beautiful souls gathered in the woods for midsummer music magic, and we want to document it all. Your work will be featured on the Malabella Jewels blog, website, and Instagram, and could lead to future gigs with us!

BUT here’s the challenge: Firefly is extremely restrictive on its photography and press policies, and we won’t be able to provide you with a press/photo pass. Digital SLR cameras will NOT be permitted at the festival, which means you will be shooting from a point-and-shoot interface, preferably iPhone 7 or equivalent.

Requirements: Must be a hard-working self-starter with passion and enthusiasm for your craft. Flexibility and ability to work unsupervised. Easy going attitude and loves to work with and meet new people. Must have your own camera and editing software. Preferred candidate shoots and edits with natural lighting, has an eye for stylized editorial shots.
